While on the island during a torrential rainy fall weekend we decided to try the Village Restaurant. We called at the last minute to make an early reservation and to ask for a window seat which we were given. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Are serving were large. The fried shrimp and crab imperial were very good. My husband thought the oysters better than what he had at a St. Michael's restaurant earlier. We will try the Village again when on the island.
Terrible, rude service. Food is NOT worth the price. We were asked never to return after asking to cancel our dinner order after waiting an hour.
We had a wonder view and the seafood was superb. The crab soup was better then what I have had in Maryland.
