Absolutely horrible experience, I was there for 7 hours yesterday for no real reason other than they play games and have no regard for your time. I know I paid too much, I should have done research first, my husband usually handles these things but he was transferred down South due to job relocation and I am staying up here. Beware there are TWO sticker prices, the salesman will lead you to believe the one you are looking at (lower one) is the price but the one on the far right is what they will sell it to you for. That included "market adjustment", "window etching" and "nitrogen in tires" all are bogus costs. When I questioned paying sticker I was told that there was only a couple of hundred dollars markup...researching online on their website the cost was 1,200 less than the real (lower) sticker. They don't spend time showing you the workings of the vehicle but spend A LOT of time trying to sell you everything from LoJack and disability/life coverage to extended warranties (thankfully I declined all that mess). The "gift card" they claim is in the mail they don't have them there. The last car my husband and I bought was from Saturn, what a quick and easy experience and I got full value for my trade. Please becareful, live and learn I had an expensive lesson I am trying to save others from in this difficult economy don't trust these people. Lastly I didn't know the gift card was mailed so I emailed them, no response, then later corporate called to see how my experience was, told me to go there and ask for the manager and it would be waiting for me. Got there, like others said lots of chit chatting and unprofessional behavior at the front desk, met the manager who did not even thank me for my purchase just called my salesperson who told me the card gets mailed...then why did corporate tell me to take more of my time and come down here? Apparently all they care about is your money I will never buy from Hall again and will warn everyone I know.

We just bought our second car from that place and we are really happy with the deal. We are on a tight budget, I guess like everyone else in this economy, so we traded in our Pathfinder and bought a used Maxima. They gave us a really good value for the trade in and the Maxima is in exellent shape (leather, memory seats, Navigation, all 4 tires are new). When we got home, I looked up online the prices for 2003 Maximas in Hampton Roads and was pleasantly surprised because other places wanted for the same car 2K more. The managers were very professional and gave us a carfax history on the car before we even asked for it. I would recomend this place to everyone I know.

I noticed most of the reviews on here are from a year or so ago, so I'm not sure if they changed management since then. I recently went there to purchase an 08 Altima Coupe and had a GREAT experience. I had been to a few other dealerships before hall and had HORRIBLE experiences. I don't know if it was because I am a female buyer and I looked like an easy target or what. I had researched this car for about a year so I know what I wanted. At the other dealerships I couldn't get a bottom line price, they kept trying to sell me a monthly payment which when added up was almost $5,000 over MRSP. At Hall Nissan I got absolutely no run around. They gave me their bottom line price and I even got a cheaper model than I had gone in to get. They didn't try to talk me into getting the top of the line model. Yes the finance guy tried to sell me all of the extra warranties and everything but they took no for an answer no problem. I wasn't forgotten once they got my money either. I got thank you cards, phone calls, and a few free gifts. I would definitely recommend Hall Nissan to anyone.
