User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have worked at the Purple Cow for some time now, and when I showed up for my shift today, the 21st of December, the owners handed me a letter stating they were closing the Laskin location. No notice, no compensation. Four days till Christmas, 9 days before rent is due and a baby, and no job. How do these people expect to run a family oriented resturaunt and don't look out for their employees families? I am very dissapointed in them.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe service was awful, the food was worse. The decor was cool, but didn't nearly make up for everything else. My husbands hamburger was smaller than sausage patty. And my salad was barely edible.

I visited the purple cow this summer, and it is now one of my favorite restaurants. The service was very friendly and fun. Our food was delicious; one of the best burgers I've ever tasted. It was a juicy 1/4 pound burger with a jumbo lump crab cake on top soooo good. For desserts we got some awesome milkshakes, and also got to try their homemade hot fudge which was great. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and fun. p.s. (good price too)

I am too a former employee there. Worked for school in 2002 till 2004 for actual job. Thats a sad thing happen there
I am also a former employee. I hate that they did that. But I'am not suprised. they were never the "caring" people the potrayed to the public. i am sorry for everyone. that place was always disgusting and overpriced. i am so glad i got out of there!
