   Over priced and kind of rude or bothersome staff. Owner is completely rude and acts like he is better than everyone else.

   These guys ARE awesome! Gun shops are everywhere but customer service is what makes Bob's jump out at you!
   The following are highlights of my FIRST visit:
   1. EVERYONE greeted me with a polite "Good moring sir. Welcome to Bob's and how may we help you today?" Even while I was being helped by one person, another would still greet me just to say welcome.
   2. They answered ALL my questions without interuptions and gave solid advice and suggestions. They devote all their time to YOUR needs, even when they got a bit busy. NEVER did I feel rushed or bothersome.
   3. The second floor of the store is devoted to ammunition. I was again cheerfully greeted and had all my needs met by a very knowledgable lady.
   4. The third floor is the shooting range. I was greeted agian by another gentleman who was very chipper and attentive. He was willing to go down the entire line-up of rental guns with me while I waited for a lane. NEVER did I feel bothersome. He was happy to discuss all the handguns with me and others waiting for lanes.
   5. As I was heading out to leave the store I heard someone behind the counter say, "Have a good day Mr. (my name). I hope we could help you today and please come back and see us again." It was Bob himself!
   The prices are great, the facilties are excellent and the service is incredible!
   If you're ever near the shop, stop in to look around or just to say "Hi". You'll find your new favorite store. Thank you Bob for keeping customer service truely friendly and the #1 priority!

   Great Gun Shop: Even though I am quite young, the staff treated me with total dignity and respect and gave me very detailed answers to all my questions. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Also, you can take you firearms class there as well. I'm definately going back to pick up something from there!
