User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsYou should think twice before leaving your gun for repair. I had 80-ear-old Smith & Wesson that belonged to my father that was in perfect working condition. I wanted a simple cleaning. When I got the gun back after two weeks, the chamber would not open. I returned it to Bob's Gun Shop six weeks ago. I have called repeatedly but I have not been able to determine the status of my gun. I have been informed that the gunsmith is "there" but does not work for Bob's Gun Shop. They are passing the buck. I wouldn't trust this store.

Well, I have to agree with p-town guy. I stored my guns there for a while and then tried to make a purchase. EVery single time I went in there these guys act like Im not there and they have something better to do. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have a couple of good deals but mostly everything else is market value or more. Do some research before you purchase, they're not the friendly family own business like the name likes to claim.

I have to disagree with 'p-town guy', who probably should have just tried his luck at a pawn shop. I've dealt with most of Bob's staff over the years and have made several purchases from their excellent selection. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll find it for you. Very professional folks who are always there to help. You can have confidence in their advice and brand quality. Lots of perks in shopping at Bob's, including free membership to their shooting gallery with every gun purchase!
