Their process is totally different than anything I've ever seen and they take great pride in their work. I won't hesitate ever again who to call to clean my carpet! User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMonsterClean -- Unbelievable Services!: I called MonsterClean for rental property that I own in Virginia Beach. I wasn't sure that two major spots would come out of my brand new carpet: 1) fingernail polish and 2) pet leakage problem. I was flabbergasted that the owner, Jim Stallings, had both problems solved within minutes. He cleaned the remaining two carpets and stairs in my rental unit -- all within 30 minutes. His prices are fair, competitive, and what I like is the cleaning doesn't leave any chemical odors behind -- just a fresh smelling citrus scent. I'll have him do all my carpet cleaning from now on for my rental properties, as well as my own home.
