We were both impressed by your service. I wish that I had given you my email address when you asked for it the last time that I needed your help. Now you have it and I will be watching for the next promotion that you offer to your customers, hopefully in the fall. :) When your technician was here the last time that I had a problem he saved the day and the weekend for my guest. While the part that was needed is not commonly stocked he offered to have it shipped overnight and was back the next afternoon. He even offered a loaner window unit for the night. He was polite, professional and very informative in providing ways that I could reduce my energy bill. While I know that it was a team effort on your part, my children thought he was the hero, I would expect to pay more for service like that but I didn't have to with you, I don't think that I will ever regret calling the best.
