Nice people but HORRIFIC service department when it comes to returning calls, honesty about completion of service, and when the phone service switched me to KIA (not in my control) the lady was extremely rude and told me that I had the wrong department this was KIA and I needed to go to the SAAB department. I f I could go to another SAAB dearler I would go!!
