    Saturn of NN recommended having some car repair work done at Big Al's on Warwick, in order to save me $ - what a nice thing to do! I am totally satisfied with the work that was performed & highly recommend them for car repair.

    I have taken my Ford Taurus to this shop since 2006 and have had only the BEST, MOST COURTIOUS, EXTREMELY HELPFUL, HONEST, and RELIABLE assistance from all of the wonderful people who work there. Even now that I live in Williamsburg, I will go the extra miles back to Newport News to have the most reliable work possible done on my car. Being a middle-aged woman on my own with a less than wealthy lifestyle, it is reassuring to know that I can trust a business to give me excellent quality work for my hard earned dollars and I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.

    the review from butch proves you can't please all the people all the time. I have been a customer of big al's on warwick blvd for many years. the ownership and management remained constant. i have always very pleased with the staff, quality,price and service. unlike their competition they do not try to sell me anything i do not need. they have always been honest and i have many family and friends i have sent to them and they have all been very pleased also. perhaps it should be asked why butch did not take his lincoln to his lincoln dealership?
