The first time I visited theTrain Station I was, to my surprise transported back to an era of music that I thought was long gone. An era of enjoying the SWEET SOUL MUSIC of a live band,nice cocktails and generous sized meals for the prices. The waitresses are friendly and helpful. The all you can eat fish on friday nights is a bonus ( I'm a fish lover bones and all) even this takes a back seat to sounds that fill the air between 7-11 on fridays. Tip: get there early the place is small, but large enough to enjoy everybody's company! I'm certain that I WILL BECOME A REGULAR and you were right MATT & MIKE it is my kind of place!

The Train Station is the place for 40 and over people.The food is good but sometimes slow getting to the table.For those who like fish!You must try the Friday night all you can eat Fish fry.Most of all I like the live entertainment every Friday night.The staff is courtious,but lack skills as servers.I still think it's one of Newport News hottest places for mature adults.
