    Hey! It's 'The Motor Company': Great place, friendly atmosphere and lots of really fine stuff to look at and enjoy! The parts people there are the best! They work for the customer and know their business. Sales is working all the time and cheerful. Lots going on at this dealership...

    The down side is the service department. These people may (and should) know a lot about Harley Davidson motorcycles but they don't give a hoot about the person riding it... They need an attitude change in this area. They should realize that not everyone is inept and enjoy working on their own machinery. And that it's not a threat to their existence (interpretation of this attitude) nor a threat to the warranty. Their so called 'secrets' are not so precious as the relationships with their customers of the dealership as a whole.

    The rating could be 'excellent' if not for the stuffy attitude of the service department......
