    GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! The service at this place is aweful! On the 1st promised date they called to tell me that they were just starting the work and there were more problems than I had mentioned (um...aren't you the mechanic...shouldn't you have inspected it when you got it) so they had to order more parts (and another shipping charge for me to pay). They said it would be finished Saturday. I even called Friday to make sure it would be finished Saturday and they said they were putting it back together as we spoke and I'd get a call when they were finished. When they didn't call Friday I called Saturday morning only to learn that my bike was still in pieces and my mechanic didn't work weekends. WTF!!! Are you kidding me!!! Guess what...today is Monday (they've had my bike for 2 weeks now to change the fork seals) and my mechanic called in sick today. I asked to speak to the manager and he's conveniently out. This is insane! Guess I need to bum another ride from and to work tomorrow....

    Same as others have said. Once u give them the cash they could care less bout ya. I bought a bike from them and had problems from day one.For the year that i had the bike they had it for over 6 months waiting on parts(keep in mind this is a new bike i bought) and then to top it off a week after the warranty went i had a minor repair i needed i took it to them paid them cash and when i got the bike back the problem was fixed but the whole bike is toast now and they say it was like that when they got it. Yeah go ANYWHERE but here

    This was definitely one of the most horrid buying experiences I’ve ever had. The after sale support is atrocious. The second they make the sale (and get that check), you become irrelevant to them. This is especially disturbing when you’ve just dropped over $17 K. If you’re buying a motorcycle I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
