    I ran into Dave in his appliance truck in the town I work in. I explained the problem with my drier. he made a few simple suggestion that could be the problem, and if they did not fix the problem to call his office and we would set up an appointment. I could not fix it and contacted Dave. I explained the hours that I worked and he set his schedule around mine to accommodate me. Dave arrived when he said he would and fixed the drier. Dave was very professional and polite. and the service was done correctly the first time. Dave was also polite and concerned enough to make follow up calls to ensure the drier was working properly. As I have dealt with other people in the "repairs" business, I felt that this was an excellent experience.
