On 09/30/2009 myself and 8 others from my company went here for a team building exercise. The use of the grill would be a great place to talk and bond. The atmosphere was good . As I was finishing my button mushrooms I noticed a roach at the bottom of my bowl.. When I pointed it out to the waiteress she said oh I dont want to see what it is..Nice right but to boot no manager ever stopped by to see what happened or apologize. Diners beware..
LOVE IT!: My family loves this place. Its fun to grill on the big grill, the food is so good, good salad bar, potato bar and we love the burgandy soaked steak !
THE Absolute Best Steak House on the East Coast: This is the best steak house I have ever eaten at on the East Coast. I've eaten at a few. You can pick and cook your own steak over a HUGE charcoal grill while drinking a beer and toasting your garlic bread or they can cook it for you. The service was great. I wish I could remember the name of the waiter we had. My mom and dad tipped him a $100 bucks for his ability to keep us entertained and our iced tea glasses filled up (that's how my dad decides on his tips, if the glass is never empty, they've done a great job.) I sure wish we had an establishment like this up here in Pa. Outback is about the best we have around here but it pales in comparison to the Grate Steak.
