I purchased a brand new 2008 corolla brand new with a warranty. My car had a brake problem, took it back to the dealership and they were awful.. The customer service dept did not care about my warranty. They told me they fixed the problem , 3 months later I was back with the same problem . No one cared, they were so rude I could not believe it.Please do not purchase a car from theis dealership ever BEWARE!!! I should have brought the Honda I started to buy...
In January I "purchased" a 2009 Toyota Tundra from RK Toyota in Hampton, Va. Then I recieved a call from the sales person to come into the dealership to pick up my registration, I sat there for over an hour without anyone acknowledging I was there. Then a few days later I call back for the registration and was told that I needed to come up with another $2000.00 in order to complete the transaction. Ultimately, I was so annoyed and returned the truck and got my other truck back. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Worst customer service for a car dealership that I have ever experienced. I think they feel that if they "bully" you enough you will feel pressured to buy a car from them..WRONG!!!! Our car salesman, got very hostile and angry towards us when we decided not to purchase a car from him. I will NEVER go to their dealership again, even if their prices are half the retail value. Beware!!!!!!
