The food and atmosphere while not great was OK.
The service and deceptive pricing were bad.
On the menu was a pink lemonade and it sounded good. Sorry, we don't have that anymore. How about Root Beer, nope. Orange soda, sorry. Why are these listed on the menu if they don't have them (menu was printed on 81/2X11 sheets of paper. They could have reprinted them or at least crossed out the incorrect items.). It is a bar, but for $1.50 a refill would be nice. She never offered for free or at an extra cost (more on price later). Strike 1, annoying but not a huge deal.
We were with a group of 4 couples and all ordered pizza. A little while after ordering, the waitress came back and announced they only had enough unfrozen dough for 3 large pizza, but they had dough for small pizzas. Rather than simply offer to substitute 2 small pizzas at the price of a large, she makes us decide who doesn't get what they ordered. Stike 2 leaves us all feeling uncomfortable but not the end of the world since one couple was debating between the large and the small anyway.
We had asked for no sausage on one half of our pizza, she gave it to another couple who without realizing it ate most of the half without sausage. We got one with sausage on the whole pizza, but didn't dare comment as there was no more dough to make another. Stike 3, lousey service.
Finally the bill comes and it was about $5 more than expected. We look and the Pizza and sodas are more than the menu showed (we snagged a menu to double check). When we pointed this out to the waitress, there was no shock, just a matter of fact the menus are wrong. This was not an issue of oops somethings not right, she fully knew what was wrong. We weren't told up front and as mentioned earlier the menus were just sheets of paper. In 15-20 minutes a staff member could have marked them up with the correct price or at least she could have mentioned the prices were wrong and she would check if there was question. The other couples paid the extra since it was more hassle. We were made to look cheap since we had her change the price to what it should have been. The matter of fact response makes me suspect that this is being done intentionally to pad the bill since many people won't check the bill or don't want to appear cheap by making the waitress fix it.
There are other options in the area.

I stopped by to get some lunch to go because it was a beautiful day and I only work about a block away... Well I had to wait about 35 minutes for my sandwich wrap, how does it take that long to make a sandwich wrap.. The waitress/bartender was not social at all, wait, yes she was, to the male customers... And then when she was ringing up my order she stated that I could call in my orders.. Well maybe I didn't want call it in, maybe I didn't know I was going to be stopping in for lunch to go!
I would only recommend this place if you have plenty of time and your a man...
