    This is one of the few places where I like almost everything on the menu and don't feel like I'm over-paying for it! Very friendly carhops (even on busy nights) and delicious food. Don't go if you are in a rush, though. I took my husband for his first time last week and we were planning to get our food on-the-go and take it to the beach for a romantic night out, (LOL), but it took over 30 minutes for us to get our simple order of a burger, fries, hot dog, and onion rings. We missed sunset at the beach but I still give 'em a 5-star rating because it is SO worth the wait.It's also not usually so busy, either. I've been a fan of Smitty's for about 20 years now.

    I've been a Smitty's fan since I was a teenager back in the 50's, and have eaten there frequently ever since. My kids also love the place, and when we take our granddaughter there, she says we are having a "car picnic".

    I have been eating at Smitty'S since the late 50's, always great food,The Better Burger by far is the best burger anywhere in Hampton.
