Stephanie is a great person to deal with when it comes to woman and cars. She knows as much as mechanics and she looks out for her customers. Harold the owner is great and fair. One of the few garages I think that knows "That to be honest and do good work" brings in more customers. This kind of garage is hard to find. Most have a bottom line to make big bucks. A good man knows honest and fair work brings back customers for a life time. It is refreshing in a world of creed and deceit to find good people do still exist.
They did a great job on the car and helped me deal with issues that arise with the warranty company they do business with. I am very pleased. I even talked to my other mechanic and they know Harold and spoke very highly of him and his crew.

When I moved back to Hampton 4 years ago, I asked my sister to recommend a mechanic for me. I had gone to a local dealership a few times and had become very uncomfortable with them. She quickly directed me to Harold and his crew, giving them a glowing recommendation. Since then, I have relied on Pro Alignment to do good, comprehensive work and to give me good, sound advice about my car. I highly recommend this business to others.

Theay're Not Just Good, They're Good At It: Harold and his crew have worked on every car I've owned. From Chryslers to my BMW 740iL.
He adheres to high standards of quality and comitment to excellence that allows him and his crew to produce results at the end of each day instead of the end of the week.
They don't find reasons to take your money when you bring your car in. If nothing is wrong they leave it at that, and that makes even my wife very comfortable taking our cars to the shop to get work done. She isn't made to feel like a target there.
