friendly people...carpet stinks...ruined my appetite. Food looked nothing like the menu...took it home food was dry...hmmm

I gave up Denny's because of this restaurant! The last 4 times I went there it was a disaster!
1- They forgot to put my order in. 3 crying kids after 45 min, we ask. She doesn't see the order and our waitress is on break. She (not our waitress, we never see her again) comes and tells us that our waitress forgot to put it in. She claims she will put a rush on it. another 20 min later, its still not there. Finally get it, its ok. No sorrys, no nothing.

2- They accidently took our order to the wrong table. After the people tell them its wrong they bring it to us. AFTER the guy opened the burgers with his hands and saw it was wrong. They expect me to eat something someone else had their hands on. We left without eating or paying
3- She spills hot coffee on me
4- The guy was to busy talking to some girl to take our order. He kept telling us. Be right there, finally after 10 min we went up front to ask for help. He finally comes, and just looks at us, no can I help you nothig. We give him the order. He doesnt bring drinks and brings me the wrong order. Insisting its what I ordered. I complain to manager about the whole thing and he comes to my table and starts an arguement and calls me curse words.
NEVER AGAIN!
