    I have eaten at this IHOP several times and, I think that the sevice is excellent and the food is great.

    Never go back: I have been to several IHOP's in various states. This particular IHOP the service was horrible. Our waitress was very rude and unattentive. The food was mediocre. A family member of mine left a electronic item on the table as we walked to our car. Realized she left it and returned back to the table. She was told that the phone was ruined due to it being dropped in water. When asked what the manager would do about this situation. He said nothing. He did not apologize for the mishap or for the unattentiveness of his staff. All my family member wanted was an apology and this unprofessional person felt he was not entitled to give one on the behalf of his restaurant. What has happened to exceptional and continuous customer service? I would not recommend anyone to this particular restaurant.
