User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDo NOT, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use them as a tax service. We used them, got audited, and they did not stand behind their tax work. Not only did we owe money for the audit, but Willett made things up on our tax records, and when the auditor asked about them, we had nothing to back it up, because it was MADE UP.
Bottom line, they made things up on our taxes, and we paid the price at the audit.
They also NEVER answer their phone, especially when you need them. (especially if you are getting audited!)
How embarrasing for them to be a tax service that can't even stand behind their own work.
