User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsDecent food, not so decent service: This place is in an excellent location. I have been a handful of time for lunch and dinner. When they are busy, the service really declines rapidly. I have recieved 2 free meals there because the service really was that bad. In both the cases the manager was embarassed. Lunch is usually OK though. It is a chain restaurant, so it is what it is! Excellent location!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI will be going back for my daughter's birthday!: I just love O'Charleys. The food was great and so was the service and the quality of the food. If it wasn't to your liking the manager was there to serve you just right. I know they are all the same but I love the one out at Virginia Center Commons this one has the best service. My first time going was for my aunts birthday and now I just can't stay away!
