User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI work in Colonial Heights, and about 3 days out of the week I drive to Petersburg to have lunch at the Mad Italian. Although it takes about 10 minutes (with traffic) to get there, I simply can't pass up their famous Greek salad. I also have their Italian Sub topped with their homemade dressing when I want to switch things up. They are both irresistible to say the least. I also enjoy seeing the friendly smiling faces from the waitresses and staff every time I dine in for lunch.
With the high gas prices and recovering economy, I could not imagine passing up the trip and missing out on having lunch at the Mad Italian. Two thumbs WAY up!-

Delicious food, excellent service, affordable prices, wonderful and unique atmosphere. I recommend visiting the Mad Italian with your family and friends anytime. This place is a true gem in Petersburg!

this is one of my favorite restaraunts! great food, incredible service, and a fun, laid back enviroment. perfect for a couples night out or a family dinner! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
