My father passed away three weeks ago. Ron wasn't a help at all. The first thing he asked us was who is the oldest and who was responsible for the bill. Dad's hair wasn't brushed right, had makeup in his hair and could see the stitches in his mouth. To loss my dad was horrible but to have him not even looking like himself was worst. They had a picture, his hair was the typical part and he didn't have any injuries. He just died. So I am not impressed with this home at all. We have had many deaths in the family and my dad's appearance was from a nightmare. I still can picture the image in my mind. We received the price list AFTER Ron told us what the price was going to cost, he knew my dad didn't have any life insurance but he still tried to sale us the BEST MOST COSTLY things available. I understand that it is a business but playing on people's emotions isn't humane or kind at all. Now we have a 6000 dollar bill and it is due in 30 days with no payment plans or anything. I know its not Ron's fault that he died or had life insurance but there are many funeral homes who offer payment arrangements and other resources to help with the cost.

Excellent + professional care! Mr. Simpson did not leave anything undone in helping my family. His staff catered to our needs at a time when we needed care. Thank you.
