United Muffler took advantage of me. They sold me two front tires for my vehicle that were smaller than the tires they removed. (they didn't have the proper size tires in stock s they sold me the incorrect size to save a sale)

The owner of the shop didn't even know how to properly rotate the tires on my vehicle. I had to show him in the manual.

I would not recommend United Muffler.

WOW! What a great little shop in Christiansburg: Had my exhaust redone 3 times there, and each time, the service and the attitude of the people were SPECTACULAR! The prices were reasonable for a custom exhaust, and I must say, I truly enjoyed and felt confident to have them work on my car.

Will I go back? Yes I would! This is one of the few shops in the area that actually does custom work.
