I have contacted them on two occasion for party supplies and they did not have what I needed either time.

Don't waste your time here: Unless you just need to pick up one or two basic things such as colored plates and cups or some balloons...I wouldn't bother with Party Central. While they have a little bit of everything...there is really not much to chose from. I went here to purchase some items for a baby shower. They only had a few themes of invitations, plates etc. to chose from (none of which was what I needed) and they had practically no baby shower decorations or favors. I needed baby banners, things to decorate with, games, baby shower sign for outside...they didn't have anything. I looked around the store and saw wedding, anniversary, birthday..all kinds of themes but it was the same..hardly any selection in products. If you really want to find any kind of theme, decoration, favor or party item you need...just skip this place and take the time and go to Capt. Party in Roanoke. They have EVERYTHING.
