sales guy was great when we bought our VW eos... super nice, fair deal. unfortunately everytime we take it to get serviced they try to tell us something's wrong with the car. It's a BRAND NEW car!!! We have a full extended warranty on the car but of course they say that the warranty doesn't cover what needs fixing. Very frustrated. Taking my business elsewhere next time

Went to the Volkswagen parts counter with an oem radio problem, was having trouble with the connections, tall guy stuck in a timewarp from the 70's with curly brown hair offered no help, didn't even try to look up anything on his computer or offer advice. He had a real air about him, while all his buddies just stood around looking at me like i was stupid ( i think they need some work to do, one was in the back watching music videos on a different computer by the back door, had to wait several minutes while 1 of 3 people working had time to "deal" with me). I was really disappointed at the poor service level offered. I have never had trouble at the nissan counter, i think this guy needs a new job not in service. Not courteous and didn't even seem like he wanted to help, will not go back again. Most places have good and bad people, and the bad people need to be weeded out.

Thank you for your comments. I apologize if your needs were not met by our parts department. Our VW service and parts Customer service ratings with VW remain at one of the highest in our district based on VW customer service polls and questionaires. I assure you your experience was not a common one for our dealership and your concerns have been heard. We do hope you offer us another chance and do appreciate the feedback.

Just bought a new Nissan at the Credit Union Sale. Great working with the staff on the purchase, however, felt really stupid when I got the car home and found two other "price tags" in the car for lower prices for same car than what they had for their so called "sale price tag". I guess this is where car dealers get their reputation. What's that old saying -- "buyers beware"

Thank you for your business. I am sorry if the previous tags were there and the price had went up. That is possible, as incentives have been changing with the economy. Many manufacturers are moving incentives from one vehicle to another and some prices have been on the rise as others go down. We do try to remove old tags when prices rise or fall but they can be missed. I do hope if you had researched your vehicle, you were pleased with your deal. That sale was a great success and the deals on many vehicles was incredible. Thank you again for your business! First Team Auto Mall.
