User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible, ordered 4 burgers & didn't get 2 of them. Called them to notify & the manager was extreamly rude. She answered whilr she was talking to somebody else. She stated they didn't mess any order up & when she was asked for the coorporate and owners number she said she was not going to give it to us. Horrible & very rude service

Dairy Queen in Norton is by far the best Dairy Queen ever. Their food is awesome, their ice cream is delicious and their drinks are very thirst quenching. Their employees and managers are very nice and they always have a smile on their face. No matter what time you come in their always ready to serve you. Since they have remodeled their inside it is so pretty. I like the old pictures up on the wall as well. It helps you remember the good ol' days. Norton Dairy Queen will be first on the list of favorite fast food restaurants for me. I give them five stars.
