The best: This is a beautiful studio with the most intelligent pilates instructors you will ever find. I always had a wonderful experience. The studio is well designed, very clean and beautifully decorated. Beautiful scenery of mountains and grazing llamas and horses put you in a relaxed state of mind for your session. The well-cultured and experienced teachers understand pilates at the deepest level, including special population work. Even my mother, with absolutely no pilates experience found a great class that made her feel comfortable and welcome. They also know how to challenge the most experienced pilates afficianado and understand pilates as it applies to many other types of movement - ie - horse back riding and dance. Fully trained instructors work give mat, cadillac, bench, and stability ball training. They also host workshops with some of the best in the business. Awesome!!!
