User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOver all i would say these guys are good. I did buy a power supply that went down there once but in all fairness I didn't take it back. You cant really blame the place that sells you something when something dies if you find out it wasn't heavy enough for the load. Its the manufacturer that did not rate the thing approately to begin with. I have bought a number of computer parts and only once was there a problem with a sound card. Although he did want me to bring the computer down for him to try installing it for me, they were willing to take it back. In all fairness if I had been in his place i might have done the same. He couldn't know rather or not I really know what I'm doing. Although i know the card was bad it was nice of him to be willing to help me. Of the parts I have bought including memory I have found their prices to be as good or better than anyone else. They are even cheaper than tiger direct by the time you count shipping. I really have no complaints. I know another computer store in my area that i sometimes buy from and he is considerably higher on the exact same merchandise. Call these folks before you buy elsewhere. Ultimately price and quality and standing behind what they sell should be your most important factors in buying from a place. Who are you cheating if you go to a store that's way more expensive just because one person isnt going to kiss your behind? this is my response to the other review someone wrote. Every time I've been there I've found someone willing to advise and help me. I'ts not always what I thought the answer would be but some people like intel and some like amd. That's just how it goes. They were even willing to call me when they got a used surround sound system and it was months later. They're aren't many businesses that would do that to sell you a $20 pair of used speakers.
Shop around but give them a call.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe only place I will ever take a computer or buy a computer from..I bought a refurbished system a year ago & have hod no problems,got a decent trade credit from my old system..The techs & staff are some of the greatest people I've ever met,they also make a difference in our community..Our organization just bought a complete system from them today,glad we can repay the kindness shown to us...

These guys fixed my computer for less than quoted. I couldn't believe how nice they are. They've won my business for life.
