You get what you pay for. For about $7-9, you get a plate of hibachi style chicken/beef and fried rice. There is no "atmosphere" to speak of-- this is a place to run in for a quick/cheap dinner. The food quality is reflected in the price-- don't expect Japanese steakhouse quality, but for the price, the food is good.

I went in there a few years back and had the habatchi (not sure on spelling) chicken. while eating I starting getting sick and passed out. when i woke up they wouldn't tell my girlfriend the address to the place for the ambulance to get there. Another lady that was a customer found the address and helped us out. Then they wanted me to leave while I was waiting on the ambulance to get there. I asked for some water because I was sweating really bad and they wouldn't help me. They were very rude to me during the whole process. I refuse to ever go back because of their attitude towards me. This has nothing to do with the food, but the customer service.

My favorite Japanese joint in Lynchburg. Back in college I would eat there once a week.
