    expected quality work from a cadillac dealer, for top dollar i got back a filthy interior automotive grease on the interior of the doors and steering wheel (not just a little either).
    Left radiator cap off the car with no water in it and charged for an alignment that dosn't appear to have been done.Car was realigned 3 days later at a different shop .
    Very nasty customer service no resolve, no attempt never again.
