User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI called this business for a/c service & asked how much it would be for them to come out & see why my a/c wouldn't work....I was told they charged $50 an hour. They came out, looked at the a/c unit, said the fan motor was probably going bad, put some oil on it, & left...all in a span of about 12 minutes. Okay, problem not fixed...You figure $50 an hour = $25 a half hour, so maybe a $20 minimum service call....NOPE, $50 charge & no real answer as to what the problem really was or an offer to fix it. After I got the bill, I didn't even consider asking them to come & replace the fan motor...I figured I didn't have enough money to have that done.
