I went here to get an inspection. The mechanic/inspector told me he didn't find anything wrong with my car and that it passed inspection. I then asked him if they had the ability to reset a dashboard light that had been on and I didn't want to have to pay the dealer $100+ to have it turned off. He then put a rejection sticker on my car and told me he could not pass it because of the light (which isn't even listed on the inspection check list). He then went on to expalin that he couldn't fix it, but I could recieve a ticket if I left his lot.

Needless to say, I took it somewhere else to have the light turned off. I returned 2 hours later and was told that they could not finish the inspection because the inspector had left for the day, even though the guy that inspected my car was standing right there in the office.

I returned the next day at 2:30 in the afternoon, and was told that both mechanics/inspectors had left and would be back in an hour. I returned for a 4th time just 2 hours later to be told that both mechanics/inspectors where gone for the day even though it was before 5 PM. They told me that today they closed at 4:30PM even though they had told me the day before they closed at 5PM. The manager then gave me an attitude and told me I was being rediculous because I didn't come when he wanted me to come because I was at work.

I have been very patient and courteous throughout this process but have recived nothing but dishonesty and disrespect in return. I have now been driving a perfectly good car with a rejection sticker on it for 2 days risking getting a ticket. I think this whole ordeal has been very suspicious and I will gladly pay someone else full price to reinspect my car before I ever return to this garage.
