Lynn Bowling is the best real estate agent/broker I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She helped me sell my first house for more than twice what I paid for it. (after partial renovation), roughly 5 years later when I returned to Amherst and was having a problem with a seller trying to hide problems with a house I had made an offer on, who then accused me of being in cahoots with the Inspector that found the problems, Lynn stepped in at no expense to me and re-negotiated the deal saving me thousands to cover the cost of repairing the hidden problems. After moving in and speaking to neighbors I found I was correct about the seller knowing of the problems he was attempting to hide. Always get a house inspected by a reputable company because the expectation of disclosure and fairness is nothing more than words. Thanks Lynn, and to be sure when I do sell/buy another home Lynn will be my first call.
