User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI couldn't disagree more with the previous reviewer. I have had mostly good experiences with Babcock's, and I believe them to be honest, quality mechanics. I've been using them since 2003.
The labor rate is probably half that of an auto dealer.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsYou'd be a fool to go there: Very bad experience. They take advantage of the customer and laugh about it. He overcharged me and the car broke down a couple of weeks later. He should be shut down.
