Giovanni's Pizza

Good food most of the time. Last night however we ordered an 18" with pepperoni. I went to pick it up and the cheese was black. I asked them politely to make me another one because I, like many other people, do not like burnt food. The assitant manager told me that there was nothing wrong with the pizza and I either had to take it or take my money back. I got my money back and my mother called and talked to her. She told my mom that customer satisfaction was their policy but that they do not remake food. That you are either to eat what you get or get your money back. I don't think that's a very good policy. This is not the only time we have been disatisfied. One time a while back we ordered a pizza, about 8:30 at night, and we waited and waited for our pizza to come. Around 10:30 or 11:00 we called to find out where our pizza was and they said they were done closed and through with deliveries. They didn't even bring our pizza and didn't bother to call and tell us that they weren't bringing it. We do still eat there but only when certain people are working.

Best salad ever. Try it with giovanni's red dressing. Can't find a better salad.
Pizza is good too. Don't order delivery unless you want to wait a long time.
