We had a good time: We rented a car from Elliots a good while ago, and they didn't have anything available at first, but then a car came in on the lot just as we were leaving. They rented the car to us right then. The car unfortunately hadn't been cleaned up or checked out, but we were in a rush to go, kids had their hopes up for King's Dominion. Anyway, the cars transmission started slipping not long into our trip, and boy was I worried. My husband said we are too far away to go back now, so we just kept putting transmission fluid in the car. When we got back, I was expecting Elliots to go you owe us this and that for the damage to the car, but when my husband told them what had happened they were like, oh my, I am sorry for your trouble, and they took one days rental off our bill. The trip wasn't a disaster, and end ended much better than I had planned.
