User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsMy husband and I once would have rated this as a favorite restaurant, but not anymore. The quality of the food is not what it was a year or so ago. What disappointed us most was the attitude of the manager the one and only time we sent something back. I love strawberry daiquiris, but the one I ordered that night was warm when it was served to me. I asked the waitress if she could have the bartender put some crushed ice in it or something, and she apologized when she took it from my hand saying she could feel it was warm. The manager (I believe the owner also?) came to our table to ask what was wrong with the drink. I politely told him it was warm and I just wanted it made cooler. He seemed to be angry, which I could not understand at all. Then he informed us his daughter was the bartender and he had not had any complaints about her drinks before. I only requested my drink be fixed and instead I got a bad attitude from this gentleman and the same stawberry daiquiri with ice cubes in it!
Needless to say, my husband and I have not been back. We appreciated good food and atmosphere, but good customer service and common courtesy are a must!
