Worst resturant in town. Don't listen to customers orders and the kitchen can't read tickets. The food never comes out the way we order it and the put items we said not to bring out on the plate. We used to eat there a couple times a week as we like the trivia but now they only have trivia on 1 TV in the non smoking section and the trivia is the only reason we still go once a month.
My parents and my daughter absolutely love eating at Ham's. Sean Robertson is a terrific manager and runs a tight but fun ship. The service is great and friendly, the food is very good, and if the wait staff can put up with my silly and funny Dad, then the place deserves kudo's.
Beware! Last night was our first night eating at this local praised restaurant and I have to admit the service was not the greatest, but it was kids night as well. It took a long time to get our dinner and the dinning room was almost cleared out at that point. I was brought the wrong side with my french dip and when she brought the right one, well, it was cold and soggy like they have been sitting there awhile. To top it off, I was awoken at a little past 4am to stomach cramping and diahrea; you could imagine how harsh it was. I am still at this point suffering and have called the management to warn them of this delima. I have not asked for anything but for them to check into it as soon as possible. Why we came to this conclusion? Well when I bit into my sandwich, I noticed a pungent smell, now it did have swiss on it and so I put it off on that, but low to my surprise....I don't think it was at this point. The type of bacteria is one of two for the amount of hours and symtoms. I will call the health department as well....as advised. Just be careful out there at any restaurant.
