User Rating: 5 out of 5 starswonderful experience: Debbie is wonderful. Her hair styling is the best around, She is alive and fun to be around. This is a place where you can let your hair down to have it put up. You will come out feeling better and looking better. It's no wonder Haircutz was voted number one in the News and Advance poll. She offers waxing and permanent make up. There is also a massage therapist there who is like no other in the area. A totally wonderful experience.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe best little haircut place in town: Haircutz won the News and Advance "Best in Lynchburg" Award. Debbie is terrific. She offers a full array of services including tanning. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else to get my hair cut and colored.
