If it s good food value you want...then don't eat here. I called to check on the "dinner daily special".
When we ordered they said it was steak tips for $5.99. We paid $7.49 each and was told they gave us the wrong price when ordering.
The meal was ok and the serving size was good for the advertised $5.99. Their menu looked good with several options. We might give them another dinner date next year.

Little known big taste: They are your average American fast food restaurant. They have food from steak tips to pizza and ice-cream. The Rebel Diner is a small town restaurant with big taste. This is a great place to stop for a bite if you're near by. It was wiped out during a flood in 2002 but was rebuilt better than ever. Their pizzas are huge! Ordering small to medium pizzas is the best. The 3 origianl flavors of ice-cream, chocolate, vanilla, and stawberry, are sold there. I personally love their steak tips, juicy burgers, large pizzas, creamy milkshakes, and friendly service. They have several types of sandwhiches including chicken, burger, catfish, cod, and turkey. And there are different styles of the sandwhiches listed. It's a good family place since it also has a video game or 2 and kid friendly food. If you're on the go they have a conveinent drive-thru. They have take-out, drive-thru, dine in, and tables outside to eat on. If money is a problem this place is rather cheap. It isn't pricey like those big chain restaurants. It is located right at the heart of Hurley. So while you wait on your meal you can take a quick look around town. I don't think they have any alcoholic beverages; bad news couples, good news families. [If your wondering about the name our team mascot is the rebel soldier.]So for a 'little known big taste' the Rebel Diner is the restaurant for you-----
