User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsi went to get my hair color and cut.. i didnt look nothing like what i want at all!... diff color.. and the color look like its grown out.. i was very dissatified... they dont know what they are doing over there. i have reallly bad experience with them.. very improfessional

Yes- i agree and ont even bother to try and make an appointment to get your hair done for a special occassion..i made an appointment to get my hair done mind you 2 WEEKS before my christmas holiday pictures- well, i went there that day to get my hair done and the stylist who was supposed to do my hair wasnt there and had left to go to another state! she didnt even call me or anything! I had to spend extra money that i did not have to go to another salon in the mall..this was not the first time either..i used to get my and my husbands hair cut there all the time until the hairdressers started to get sloppy- they were always more concerned with getting tires on their car at sears/picking up their cars rather than cutting your hair and to beat it all, they ALWAYS cut your hair wrong and even get it uneven..
