okay, well, tavern 1785 was the worst meal I've ever had. Rubbery dinner rolls, which we had to ask for, after our main course was servedd. Service was slow, and we mainly had to ask for many things. Bugs everywhere. Which I guess comes with being outside. Meat had no flavor what so ever. Horrible cut. Very fatty. No flavor to anything.
On a recent visit to the Greenbrier Hotel in West Virginia my family and I discovered a great restaurant in Lewisburg. I really enjoed the beautiful old log home and the friendly staff who filled us in on the history. The food was outstanding for lunch and dinner, and they had something on the wine list to suit everyone, I just love those little half bottles! I would reccomend this place to anyone who wants a great meal in a great atmosphere. Oh yeah, almost forgot the best part, the live piano music on the weekends!
I loved it!: Everything was great.
