Main Kwong IS the best Chinese food restaurant ever. Their General Tso's is awesome. And the staff is fantastic and VERY friendly, especially Corinna (sorry is I spelled that wrong). She always greets us with a smile, remembers our names and what we order...and more often than not, knows my wife's voice when she calls in an order. No wonder they are voted Best In The Valley year in and year out! Keep up the great work!! 5 STARS

I just got back from Main Kwong; the same date as the previous reviewer, and I cannot understand his/her review. The lady at the register was extremely nice to me (as she always is,) and in fact, did inquire how I was/how was I handling the weather, etc. and even gave me the little free dessert cakes (as she always does.) The food was once again delicious, and the customer service warm and inviting!

I think the food here is good (considering the alternative on the East end). The customer service needs major improvements starting with the mean lady at the register!! She has the worst attitude in the world! I thought it was because of my race or physical apperance. But after watching her, she is mean to whomever asks her questions. I also think her english could be better. I enjoy to visit the resurant when the kids are there. They ask "How are you?" She never does just, "May I help you!" I drive 5 miles to avoid her attitude!! Food = Good
Customer Service = Horrible
