Visions Day Spa

I will not go back to Visions. First, I called for an appointment and arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I sat for approximately 35 minutes and then was told that the stylist that was originally going to cut my hair (I wear it in a short pixie cut - just needed to be touched up) was not comfortable cutting my hair. I am African American. I was told then that I could wait on another stylist, and I did. She was pleasant. But I had to have the cut "fixed" afterward. I was charged $60.00 for a dry cut and very questionable service. All of this was done with the owner, Ted Blackwell sitting right there and he never said a word. Debating on whether to contact the co-owner with my complaint.

I have mixed feelings about Visions. I have went to three different people there. Ryan, who I was informed no longer works there, took forever because he was constantly kept going in the back to eat & who knows what. Ken did a really good job, but I hated having to pass him the foil. Nicole did a good job, she didn't make me pass the foil, and it didn't take very long.
