I have mixed feelings about Visions. I have went to three different people there. Ryan, who I was informed no longer works there, took forever because he was constantly kept going in the back to eat & who knows what. Ken did a really good job, but I hated having to pass him the foil. Nicole did a good job, she didn't make me pass the foil, and it didn't take very long.

I do not recommend this salon. I received a poor haircut and style from one of the master stylists. I have hair past my shoulders and just asked for my layers to be shaped up. I now have a chunk of hair on the side of my head that is only 2 inches long and the layering was done poorly in the front. I have had layered hair for years, so I feel I can say with confidence that, while not a hair stylist myself, this was a poor cut. I do not know if I should share my stylist's name, but I will say it was a woman.

That is exactly what happened to my hair as well! I think your stylist may have been the same as mine!
That is what happened to me as well. It was terrible. The first cut was wonderful went back for the second not as well, third was a total disaster. My hair was shaved in the back like a boy. I asked for it to be trimmed up like the first one I had (I even brought a picture of my hair to show her) and I came out with a terrible cut and paid a big price. I have since then found a wonder hair dresser that I love.
