Give them a chance!!! Their under new ownership, and from what I have dealt with, the new Manager has his stuff together.

The current owners cannot fix allot of the damage from the previous owners, but they are trying..... At least more so than the old one's. So Chill.

moved out in july still have not recieved damage deposit.....have talked to others who moved they tell me the same thing..

These apartments are not worth the money you pay monthy for. The only real plus if for students going to the WVSOM. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay that won't raise your rent yearly...DON'T move here. You can hear your neighbors every move and the floors creek. The landlord takes forever to call you back when you have a problem. The windows and doors are NOT airtight. In the Winter, watch out for a high electric bill, unless you like being cold. I lived here three years and they raised the rent $50 every year. Unless your parents are intending to pay your rent, DON'T waste your money.

And don't forget to mention they also want a raise in the damage deposit to match the rent you are paying NOW and a new lease signed even though they expired 2 years ago..You can even hear your neighbours flush the toilet.....Oh yes and slam cabinets at 2am......Wokrers enter apartments without calling ahead of time even if you are in bed....Rent has gone up almost 20% in 2 years... Mice are a big winter problem........They tell you the place has to be clean when you move out but when I moved in the stove was filthy..The bathroom had poop on the floor behind the toilet....And don't forget earplugs are required to sleep all night......On the weekends don't expect to have your parking space as they all get taken up by neighbors friends and party goers.......
