Probably the best coffee joint ever! Wonderful atmosphere and staff. Excellent cookies, desserts and pastries, always a decent selection of freshly roasted coffees and a nice selection of sandwiches and wraps. Recent addition is a Rocky Mountain Fudge counter, complete with fresh caramel apples and so forth. Saturdays include live local music. Wine and beer are available.

Best Coffee in Town: Capitol Roaster's has the best coffee and service. When I go out of town I miss their coffee so bad and loathe at thought of being stuck with Starbucks.
