User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsScared to go back.: Lost my clothes for months, ruined a dress, and ripped a comforter. I am receiving a refund for the ruined dress, which is very good. But I am scared to go back. Its a shame because it is in a great location next to my bank. They out source and do not clean at that location, so it wasn't directly their fault, but I am still angry.
