This Place has the best food in town! And the atmosphere in it is great. Best Ice Cream i've ever had PERIOD! You have to try it! Only place i know of where you can get a cookie dough coke-a-cola! (Which also is great by the way)

What an awesome place. Step inside the door & take a step back in time. My family & I had the good fortune to stumble upon this gem on a recent road trip. We had eaten dinner at a BBQ restaurant just down the road & our lovely waitress was kind enough to point us in this direction. From the beautiful, still functioning soda fountain to the pull chain commode to the historic photos & memorabilia on the walls to the wonderfully friendly patrons, this place was the ticket. One customer even offered my son a sample of her banana split, which looked delectable & was huge. Tin ceilings & a pharmacy to boot! The food looked great all around, however, I can only attest to their milkshakes which were 2 thumbs up & made in the old fashioned milkshake machine. I recommend this place to anyone who, like myself & my family, refuse to patronize chain restaurants when we are out trying to really see America!
