User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI bought a used 2007 Chevrolet Equinox from Saturn of Charleston and Huntington and was not pleased with the sevice I recieved. First, I have had a heck of a time trying to get an owners manual for my car. I was told it would take 3 to 4 days to recieve it and it has be three weeks and I still do not have my manual. I did go today to pick it up and they had ordered the wrong one. Secondly, I was told that before I picked up my car it would have been serveiced to where there would be NO maintence. Lie. The oil has not been changed since August 20, 2008, it is now April 21, 2009. When I confronted Saturn about this I was told that the oil was still good. As far as I am concerned Saturn is very misleading. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
